I was born to be a connector, and I’ve always enjoyed solving complex puzzles, so over the last 15 years, I’ve bridged the gap between talent and opportunity for some of the world's most innovative companies. In 2012 I left my leadership role at one of the largest recruitment firms in the world to found RampUp, a venture-focused recruitment firm. During that time, I created the Complete Recruiter System (CRS), a 6-step human-desire framework for modern recruiting, generated $100M+ in candidate offers, co-led the business strategy and development of an AI-driven recruitment automation platform, raised venture funding, and achieved a strategic portfolio exit.
